Driving Safer Roads Through Systems Thinking and Capacity Development
Sirius Consulting Limited has announced the rollout of its Integrated Road Safety Initiative, a comprehensive program designed to reduce traffic risks, strengthen compliance, and enhance public safety across Nigeria’s transport corridors.
The initiative combines traffic management planning, road safety audits, crash analysis, and stakeholder awareness campaigns with targeted capacity development for drivers, marshals, and fleet managers. By embedding safety into both systems and people, Sirius Consulting aims to move institutions from reactive enforcement to preventive, systems-driven safety management.
Speaking on the launch, Sirius Consulting emphasized that roads, vehicles, and logistics networks are only as safe as the people who manage them and the policies that guide them. The program will therefore integrate technical expertise, behavioral insight, and regulatory advisory to deliver solutions that are practical, implementable, and sustainable.
This marks the first in a series of initiatives under Sirius Consulting’s five practice pillars, reinforcing its vision to be a leading African consulting firm delivering integrated solutions for safer and more efficient systems.
